Assessment of Sales Landscape

Prior to deploying any new best practices or conducting field sales team training an assessment of sales effectiveness and execution is vital to the success of the sales intervention. EnqAr’s philosophy is not based on delivery of off-the-shelf training or sales approaches but our solutions are uniquely developed to the needs of the clients .

For effective account team alignment this collaborative assessment considers the client’s existing sales processes competitive landscape and the needs. Subsequent to the assessment the findings of the assessment are validated with the client’s sales leadership and recommendations made to provide for the deployment of new skills, processes, best practices and tools
